IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING COVID-19

Your health and safety as a valued member of our Planet Fitness community is always our number one priority. We deeply share your concern regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, and have made some changes in our clubs to ensure you receive the best of our services.

  • What is Planet Fitness' response to COVID-19?

  • Are all clubs closed?

    All locations are closed until further notice due to focred Government closure. The minute we are allowed to reopen, we will be here for our members.

  • If my club is closed, how will I find out when it plans to reopen?

    We will keep you informed via email and let you know when your club is ready to reopen. You can also check your local club page on planetfitnessnewcastle.com.au or your club’s Facebook page for updates.

  • How do I freeze my account if my club is currently closed?

    We have proactively frozen all memberships on your behalf, and you will not be charged any fees during this time. We will be ready to serve you in a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment when we reopen. At that time, if you have any questions about your membership, please feel free to come in, talk to us about it, and we will be happy to address any needs you may have.

  • What if I have a paid in full membership?

    If you have a paid in full membership, the expiration date of your membership will be adjusted by the number of closed days. For example, if we are closed 30 days and your membership was set to end on or about 30 November , that membership will be extended to on or about 30 December.

  • Will I still be charged my YAF?

    All regular payments, including Yearly Admin Fee payments have been frozen and will not be charged while we are closed.

  • Can I borrow or hire your equipment?

    Unfortunately we cannot lend or rent out our equipment to anyone. However we do have a select range of equipment for sale, please visit our Planet Fitness Lambton facebook for more infomation.

  • Does Planet Fitness offer any digital workout content I can use while my club is temporarily closed?

    Physical and mental health is extremely important, especially during uncertain times. While our clubs are temporarily closed, we are doing our best to provide you with qualtiy fitness content. Visit your Planet Fitness Facebook page to see some workout videos you can do at home or download our App available on iOS or Android. Don’t forget to join our Facebook group for some great members-only content.

  • Where can I stay up to date with the latest information?

    Please see the NSW Health website to stay up to date on the current situation.
