Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Yes, I played rugby league for five years and all sorts of sports throughout primary and high school.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
I wanted to improve my mental and physical health and put on some weight.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Yes, I have put on 20kg of body weight.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
My perception of gyms was that skinny people got picked on, but since I’ve started coming to Planet I’ve had nothing but help.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To keep improving and getting better and to be able to lift my own body weight.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
My mental and phyiscal health.
Do you have sources if inspiration? If so, what are they?
Arnold because he has a never say die attitude both inside and outside the gym.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Monday is chest and shoulders. Tuesday is back and legs. Wednesday is biceps and triceps. Thursday I do circuit training. Friday I do legs, biceps and triceps. Saturday is back shoulders and chest. Sunday is my rest day.

Train insane or remain the same.
