Only playing soccer and a bit of cricket growing up
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
To lose weight and become fitter and healthier.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
I didn’t have a number in mind, but I am happy with my progress. I have made some significant changes.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I didn’t have much of an opinion before coming to Planet Fitness. I enjoy coming to the gym, there is good stuff and good members!
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To be healthy, get fit and stay fit!
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Morning exercise and coming to the gym alone.
Do you have sources if inspiration? If so, what are they?
My trainer Jack and seeing other people in the gym trying to lose weight.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Train in the gym daily, sessions with my personal trainer Jack and spin classes.
