Yes, initially to lose weight and improve my overall health and fitness level.

Yes, since joining Planet at the start of the year I have lost 10kg and 6% body fat. However
there are still some improvements I want to achieve.

What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I always thought that gyms were intimidating, if not scary but since joining Planet I’ve realised
it’s the opposite. The staff and everyone at the gym are so welcoming and friendly, it’s like a
little family here.

Gaining the confidence to actually come to the gym.

Give it a go, if you are looking for great support and guidance in achieving a more healthier
and fit lifestyle, the staff at Planet Fitness are the ones to help you get there.

What is your weekly fitness regime?
I currently do weight training 6 days, 1 full cardio day and also play
team sports during the week.
