To maintain a good fitness regime.
Have you achieved what you set out to do?
Yes and no, there’s always room for improvement.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I always thought a gym was just a gym, nothing more. Planet Fitness has more of a family feeling to me now, because of the friendly staff. I’m finding it’s more important to enjoy where you train as it makes your training better.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To keep striving to be better.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Adapting my fitness regime to accommodate my recent disability as well as working around becoming a Dad!
Do you have sources of inspiration? If so what are they?
My son, he’s my constant inspiration. Everything I do, I do to be better for him.
What advice do you have for those who are thinking of joining Planet Fitness?
Don’t think, just do it, you won’t regret it.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Weights and light cardio 5-6 days a week.
