Pheonix has put together a workshop aimed at teaching women the basics when it comes to lifting fundamentals, in a safe and supported environment.
This workshop is open to all fitness levels, beginners are encouraged to attend. If you have been wary to step into the weights area, or would like to get some tips on your technique, Pheonix will make you feel confident.
We will address:
• Motivational Tips
• Mobility
• Basic Functional Movements
• Common Mistakes Made When Exercising
This special session is only $20 per person ($25 for non-members), places are limited so book your spot at reception today. We require a minimum of 6 participants to run this session.
